    Greenspoon Marder LLP is looking for a Title Examiner to join our Banking and Finance Practice group! This position is based out of our Cypress Creek, Fort Lauderdale office. The Title Examiner is responsible for the review of title commitment reports and the supporting documentation.  We are seeking a detail-oriented individual who is dedicated to accuracy in work product as well as efficiency in work completion. 

    Responsibilities

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    -Preparation of title information sheet
    -Input defendant information into case management system
    -Review of gap title report and supporting documentation
    -Preparation of gap review sheet

     

    Qualifications

    Preferred Education and Experience:

    1 High School Diploma or associate degree.
    2 Minimum of two to five years of experience working in title and the Residential Foreclosure field.
