    Amazing opportunity in our Las Vegas Office! We are in need of a Title Examiner to join Equity Land Title in our Las Vegas location. The focus of this position in on producing high quality, detailed work based on established standards, guidelines and procedures. This position is designed to develop a technical expert who is precise, patient, and diligent. The Title Examiner is responsible for consistent and methodical title examinations in a high volume, fast paced office. Job knowledge and competency is built through structured step-by-step training and positive, supportive coaching from management and peers. Consistent, error free, quality work based on defined regulations and standards are key measures of job performance success. 

    Responsibilities

    Your Title Examiner Duties and Responsibilities:

    1 Title Search of Individual Weeks
    2 Verification of legal documents
    3 Review of title records in multiple states
    4 Identifying and communicating defects in title
    5 Communication with supervisor, managers and director
    6 Processing of documents to recover inventory
    7 Maintaining account status/history in data management system
    8 Cross-training among teams

    Qualifications

    Preferred Education and Experience:

    1 Title Examination Experience (Title license preferred)
    2 Knowledge of title search systems and data management systems
    3 Positive, professional communication
    4 Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
    5 Excellent proofreading skills, required
    6 Excellent organizational and file management skills, required
    7 Detail Oriented
